Asked for help with M O sending referrals. Some help but felt a bit rushed through. Massive amount of background noise coming through phone line e.g backgound coughing, keypad noises etc. - very disconcerting when trying to communicate and consentrate. Did get instructions loaded to desktop whioh I will now proceed to view
