Annual Subscriptions are non-refundable. You must stop your subscription at least 2 business days before the next billing cycle. Any amounts paid prior to you ending your renewal will not be refunded.
Medical-Objects is not required to provide a refund if you change your mind about the services and products requested.
However you can choose to cancel your plan and receive a refund if the product has a major problem. This is when the product:
- Is substantially unfit for its common purpose and can’t be easily fixed within a reasonable time
- is significantly different from the sample or description
- Does not meet the specific purpose you asked for and cannot be easily rectified within a reasonable time
- Creates an unsafe situation
If the problem is not major, our helpdesk will aim to fix the issues within a reasonable period of time. If the problem cannot be fixed, we will view it as a major problem. Please note, if the issue is outside of our control and is with third-party software it will not warrant a refund.
