An attempt was made to allow flexability in describing the type of report to be sent from Specialist to GP. In our case there is no appropriate wording for what we send. That being NO: 1 ENDOSCOPY REPORT and NO:2 SURGICAL RECORD. The only other is letter which is adequately named in the "report type"column on our MO software. May I suggest you consider providing this selection function for us to use in your next upgrade, so that what shows up at the GP practice from our specialist practice is labelled correctly. Thank you
