Once we receive your order form, we will contact your practice to organise a time and day for the remote installation of your     Medical-Objects software.

Frequently Asked Questions

How long does the install take?

The installation generally takes around 30 to 45 minutes.

Can it be installed on multiple computers?

Absolutely. The per user pricing is based on per Specialist and not per computer.

Can I or my IT perform the installation?

Absolutely. We are able to provide instructions for your IT support to perform the installation themselves.

Will the install interrupt our practice?

No. The installation will not interrupt the use of any of your other computers at the practice. The installation also does not require a restart of the server.

Refund Policy

Medical-Objects Subscription Refunds

Annual Subscriptions are non-refundable. You must stop your subscription at least 2 business days before the next billing cycle. Any amounts paid prior to you ending your renewal will not be refunded.
